In this hour of national crisis and social rift, we — young men and women with a love for Israel in our hearts — choose hope. The State of Israel grew out of the Zionist enterprise, which was built upon a youthful awakening, instilling in us the courage to demand a different path.
We must do everything in our power to build a future of hope, to come together and address the challenges before us while striving for connection and the creation of a shared vision of the future, through the meeting of ideas, honest dialogue, and the restoration of discourse in Israeli society.
Above all, we share a deep belief in Zionism, and the understanding that a Zionist covenant between all parts of society is the imperative of our time. We wish to breathe new life into Zionist ideals and the path of Zionist fulfillment, continuing the legacy of generations who dedicated themselves to building the land.
They established a thriving state against all odds and harnessed this people to far-reaching achievements. We see ourselves as part of a story that instills in us a sense of mission — a story we must continue.
The emergence of a community of young men and women whose goal is to act for a shared future through values-based discourse on the challenges we face and the future we envision.
The young community will serve as a practical foundation for hope-inspiring encounters and for managing disagreement, while insisting that such disagreement be for the sake of heaven.
At Tikvatenu, we believe in the power of young Israelis from diverse backgrounds to build bridges and promote mutual understanding in Israeli society. Through our work, we create shared encounters that provide a platform for open dialogue, mutual learning and deepening, and a profound connection to our Jewish and Israeli identity.
Before our eyes stands the call "Hineni!" (Here I am!) — answering it demands commitment and dedication.
We see ourselves as part of the historical continuum of the Jewish people, and from this we derive responsibility for its future and for the future of society as a whole. Our commitment to the Jewish people is our primary commitment.
We believe we must serve as an example and a model for all that we call to implement, and we take upon ourselves to look inward before demanding the repair required of anything external to us.

Our group believes in the power of study and sees learning as a value — upon joining us, one must honor the spirit of learning and take an active part in personal and group study.
The fellowship among us is a value, and therefore we act in a communal spirit and with a sense of family that demands mutual respect, patience, and tolerance.
We see the unity of the people as a supreme value and demand of ourselves action in this spirit, with mutual responsibility and solidarity.
We see the State of Israel as a framework that must be both Jewish and democratic.
